Hanover – For Gestellpool, 2025 was a year of exchange, consistent development and focus on the practical needs of its members and customers. Numerous conversations, projects and industry meetings highlighted the importance of transparency, reliability and personal service in the field of rack management.
Over the course of the year, Gestellpool welcomed five new members to its network. The focus was on personal dialogue with the industry – including at the Glass Congress in Dresden, the second digital GW glass theme day with the main topic of “digitalisation”, the BBE dealer day and as a guest exhibitor at September’s NFF meeting. The team also gathered further technical insights at GLOBOScan.
At the same time, the Gestellpool system was expanded in a targeted manner. One of the main steps was opening up the rack management system to long goods pallets to address the logistical requirements of the industry. In addition, a digital interface was created in the form of GESAconnect to simplify and automate the data exchange with existing systems.
“2025 has once again shown us how essential open exchange and collaborative partnerships are for sustainable solutions in the field of rack management. Our aim is to design digital systems so that they provide welcome relief to our members and customers in their day-to-day business – all the while supported by our personal service”, says Felix Spangenberg, Managing Director of Gestellpool.

From 24 to 27 March 2026, the company will have its own booth at Fensterbau Frontale. Under the motto of “digital. personal. efficient.”, Gestellpool will be demonstrating on-site how professional rack management delivers tangible benefits throughout the entire rack cycle: from faster rack returns and more deliveries per rack to simple operation for all users, real-time transparency and seamless system integration.
